Waukegan Harbor, Waukegan, IL 55 South Harbor Place, The Waukegan Harbor is a public harbor open to anyone looking to go boating, kayaking or canoeing. The ADA kayak/canoe launch is a unique boating facility that allows anyone, bus specifically those with physical disabilities, to easily get in and out of the water. It utilizes handrails and rollers to allow the kayak/canoe easy entrance to the water. The ramp is located at the North Harbor and has a parking lot right next to it for easy access.
