Flyer from the Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS) titled “Home Services Program (HSP) Customers and Providers! What Is on Your Mind?” announcing virtual town hall meetings. The meetings will discuss plans to merge three waivers into one Home and Community-Based Services Waiver. Three identical meetings are scheduled: May 28, 2025, from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM CST May 29, 2025, from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM CST May 30, 2025, from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM CST Participants are encouraged to attend only one meeting. Each meeting will accommodate up to 1,000 people. The flyer provides Webex meeting links and call-in options with meeting codes for each session. It also notes that American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters will be present. For accommodations, attendees can email DHS.HSPWaiver@Illinois.gov.
