The 20th Annual Illinois Statewide Transition Conference, taking place on October 30–31, 2025, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel and Convention Center in Springfield, Illinois is open for registration.

This milestone event brings together youth with disabilities, families, educators, service providers, and other professionals from across the state to focus on important topics related to the transition to adulthood. Through a wide range of breakout sessions and networking opportunities, attendees will gain valuable tools, strategies, and connections to support successful futures in the areas of education, employment, community living, and health care.
