Bullying is an issue that happens everywhere in the world. This workshop will describe the characteristics of bullies and their victims. It is our hope that this workshop will raise awareness about bullying, how it affects individuals on a daily basis and help parents and professionals learn how to prevent it. Participants will leave with practical strategies for young children.

About the Presenter: Angela Searcy M.S., D.T. holds a B.A. degree in English and secondary education with teacher certification though the state of Illinois and a M.S. degree in early childhood development from Erikson Institute, with a specialization in Infant Studies and a credential in developmental therapy.
